The following certifications enable the company to provide reliable services to its customers and give us the opportunity to extend our activities in the fields of logistic for taxed and duty- free products.

Our company has achieved the following certifications:


The Authorized Economic Operator Certificate, with the distinction AEOF (GR AEOF 004019 011 10) is the highest level between the 2 types of Authorized Economic Operator certificates:

a) customs simplifications (AEOC), b) security & protection (AEOS).

Our company is the 10th company in Greece to receive this certificate, which provides it with mutual recognition at an international level, heaps of benefits - facilities, which are an important advantage in the context of its import & export activities, in relation to competing companies.

The granting of the status of APPROVED FINANCIAL ENTITY is given exclusively to reliable economic entities, after compliance with very strict criteria, determined by Reg. (EC) 952/13 and detailed standardized checks of various services of the Ministry of Finance (A.A.D.E., S.D.O.E.) G.G.P.S and constitutes the certification:

a. Approved financial solvency.

b. Commercial solvency.

c. Reliability.

d. Proper bookkeeping standards.

e. Proper protection & security keeping standards.

f. Customs adequacy.

This certificate, which is provided for by Reg. (EC) 952/13 as it applies, is recognized not only by all the customs authorities of the 27 EU member states, but also by the customs authorities of third countries that have signed a relevant agreement with the EU ,as Japan, America, China, Switzerland, Moldova e.t.c

·         ISO 9001:2015 (Lloyd's)

For General supply to shipping companies including related imports and exports. Wholesale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the domestic market.

·         ISO 22000 HACCP (Lloyd’s)

For the supply of Food and Beverages to Shipping Companies, including related Imports and Exports. Wholesale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the domestic market.


·       ISO 27001 (ΙΤ Information Management System)


ISO 27001 (IT Information Management System) is the leading (de facto) international standard for managing the security and protection of an organization's information. The purpose of the standard is to ensure that the company maintains the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information, to all of its interested members, (stakeholders) both internally and externally.

This certification seals the credibility of our company towards our customers and suppliers.

·       ISO  45001:2018  (Certificate of Occupational Health & Safety Management System)

This certification (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) is an international standard for safety management health protection at work. The purpose of the standard is to ensure that the company effectively controls and limits all occupational risks for all interested parties (employees, visitors, suppliers, wider society)


• CERTIFICATE FOR RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE from EBEN - European Business Ethics Network Greek Chapter


  • CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AGENT CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE

Is acquired from the legal representative of our company, and two executives, after their participation in a competition, according to F19G5046811/AYO2012. The above certification is a formal recognition from the state of Mr Nick Mavrikos knowledge regarding customs matters and the ability to manage the customs clearance of goods as declarant or customs representative.

• LICENSE FOR SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES OF EXPORT (at the designated place by the exporter)

By the Ministry of Finance. This is among the first and few companies in the country, which is granted the authorization of simplified procedures for the export declaration electronically, with license number 18GR000001SASP00050. With this license, our company can handle customs clearance formalities of exported goods and deliver faster a delivery license (Export Accompanying Document) at its premises, avoiding lengthy paperwork at export customs.

• LICENSE of APPROVED WAREHOUSE

The company is one of the first companies in the country, after the application of excise in 1993, which took permit as an authorized warehouse with license number EL 10000010026.

•  LICENSE TAX WAREHOUSE

The company is the first in the customs region of Attica which is granted as an authorized tax warehouse, with number ELA 0040010001, concerning spirits, beers, wines and  tobacco products.

• LICENSE of CERTIFIED CONSIGNOR

The company is  granted  license  of Certified Consignor with number EL60000010031 in order to dispatch excise goods that have been released for consumption in Greece  and then moved to the territory of another Member State.
